Any product returns must be brought to our attention by emailing us at email@example.com within 5 days of product being delivered. All goods must be returned to the specified address within 10 working days of delivery to you. All returned product must be in its original packaging, in full working order and be in resalable condition. You must cover the full cost of any returns unless a product is proven to be faulty on arrival and brought to our attention within 5 working days from the day you received the goods.
Unwanted items -
If you have changed your mind about an item you must notify us within 5 working days from the day you've received the goods. The item you return must be in its original packaging and in an as new, saleable condition, complete with all manuals and components intact.
Unwanted goods returned will incur a handling / restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of €10.00 being a minimum charge, or 10% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).
Damaged in transit -
If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please:
Sign the delivery note stating the goods have arrived damaged
Report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Faulty/Damaged Product Returns Policy -
You can return goods that have arrived faulty or incomplete for a full refund or replacement, provided that:
For faulty items you notify us within 5 days from the day you've received the goods
All goods are returned to the specified address within 10 working days of delivery.
If the goods are incomplete or faulty you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The item you return is complete with all supplied manuals and components.
If, after testing by our Technical Department, the product is proven to have been faulty on arrival to you we will refund your reasonable return carriage costs (to a maximum of our standard delivery charge). We reserve the right to nominate the carrier for any returns by you.
Where faulty or damaged goods are returned to us we reserve the right to carry out authorised repairs and return the product to you at our expense. Where we agree to replace faulty product we will dispatch replacement product to you as soon as is reasonably possible.
Any refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be made on the same credit card or debit card that you made initial payment on only.
Faulty within warranty -
If a product develops a fault within its warranty period you are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement at our discretion.
Goods returned as faulty where no fault is found after testing by our Technical Dept., will incur a handling / restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of €10.00 being a minimum charge, or 10% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).
Cancellation Policy -
Orders that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled prior to it being dispatched to you by notifying us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'CANCELLATION REQUEST' in the subject field. A valid order number must be included in any such correspondence.
How to return goods to us -

We recommend you return any goods via a postal/carriage service that requires a signature upon delivery.
Unless it is a result of our error, or the goods are faulty or incomplete on arrival to you, you are liable for the costs of returning goods to us and any extra delivery charges incurred.
Delivery Process -
We endeavour to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We deliver Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding bank and public holidays (saturday collection is availble from your local DPD depot by prior arrangment). You are responsible for providing the correct address, telephone number and postal code and must be available to take delivery of all ordered product either in person or through an authorised assignee. All deliveries are within normal business hours and our courier will give notify you via email or text a two hour window when you item(s) will arrive so you not waiting allday.
Prior to delivery our courier company may contact you to confirm delivery details. It is your sole responsibility to be available to take this call. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of despatch of goods. Where orders are placed after notified last order date mactrading.ie does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of Delivery of products(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific product(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket.
Normal Prices are per parcel up to 30kg and include VAT. Overweight Items are over 30kg.
Collection Process -
We are an Online store (similar to Ebay) not a high street retail shop and purchases are made online for either delivery or collection (we will inform you when your item(s) is ready for collection). We do not have a showroom therefore unannounced visits cannot be catered for.
Our premises hold no stock, all of our stock is in our warehouse's or in a third party warehouse and will be delivered either directly to you or can be collected at the location listed above .
Collections can only be catered for after payment and by prior arrangement.
